Stephen Bozzo is 1-800-FLOWERS.COM's Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he is responsible for all aspects of E-Commerce, IT Planning, Development, Delivery Management and Infrastructure. One of the pioneers of Internet retailing, 1-800 FLOWERS.COM, which ranks number 31 on Internet Retailer's Top 500 list, recently launched the first online store on Facebook. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the International division of MetLife Insurance Company.
Keith Collins
Senior VP & CTO, SAS
Keith Collins is responsible for driving corporate technology strategy through a focus on customer- and partner-facing activities for SAS, one of the largest software companies in the world with over 45,000 customers. Collins fosters close working relationships with marketing and sales to ensure that SAS technologies are aligned with customer needs and market demand. He has been instrumental in leading SAS' evolution as a provider of industry-specific solutions that deliver the benefits of powerful analytic technologies into the hands of users.
Collins led the effort to develop the company's breakthrough SAS Business Analytics Framework that is redefining business intelligence as it is known today. He is responsible for the daily operations of Research & Development and he oversees Information Services and Technical Support.
Dan Murphy
SVP Research and Ad Traffic, Univision Interactive
Dan Murphy serves as Senior VP of Research & Ad Traffic at Univision Interactive Media and has served as co-chair for the IAB Ad Operations Council since inception. Dan's been working in the interactive world since 1994 working with Sportsline (CBS Digital), Relevant Knowledge (comScore MediaMetrix) and Univision Interactive Media. He also serves on the Council for Research Excellence, IAB Research Advisory Board and MRC Internet Committee.
Syed Zaidi

Syed Zaidi is CTO of DoublePositive and has been with the company since its inception. As CTO, Syed is responsible for developing the company’s enterprise architecture, business systems, IT standards and policies, information security, and strategic and technical operations.
Syed began his career as a consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton. During his consulting tenure Syed designed, developed, and led many high profile projects in both the public and private sectors. In the past, his clients have included Accenture, The State of Maryland, The Commonwealth Fund, Allegis Group, and Microsoft. Syed built an outstanding reputation as a consultant by focusing on solving business problems through the pragmatic use of technology.
Jeff Spalding (Moderator)
Executive VP, Market Operations; Peak 10
Jeff joined the executive management team of Peak 10, Inc. in June of 2001. He is responsible for sales, marketing, product management, managed services, strategic partnerships and market operations.
Jeff joins Peak 10 with over 20 years of IT sales and management experience. He spent a majority of his career at IBM and rapidly moved up the sales management ranks to assume the position as North America's Business Unit Executive. Prior to joining Peak 10, he was the head of sales for Osprey Systems, a SAP and e-commerce consulting and software firm.
