Murrow Award for best local TV Web site. Conway first joined Capitol Broadcasting Company in 1995 as Managing Editor of what was then called WRAL OnLine. He was later promoted to Director of New Media and General Manager. WRAL.com also has been a finalist four times (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009) for Editor & Publisher’s prestigious international EPpy Awards for best local TV Web site.

Joseph Dickerson currently serves in a lead role within Fiserv's Innovation team, where he is focused on integrating Web 2.0 technologies and improving the usability of the Fiserv’s suite of banking applications. Fiserv, a Wisconsin-based Fortune 500 company with over 16,000 clients, is the largest provider of IT services to the US financial industry. Previously, Joseph worked at Cingular Wireless/AT&T's human centered design group, where he implemented processes in user testing and design and was instrumental in setting up Cingular’s first usability lab.

Dr. John Morkes is Co-Founder and Principal at Expero and heads the User Research group. John is a recognized leading expert in content usability research, collecting data, and validating requirements and UI designs with end-users through a variety of techniques. His recent clients include Intel, Ford, TiVo, Dell, Pfizer, Charles Schwab / CyberTrader, Trilogy, and Symantec / WholeSecurity. Previously, John was director of Trilogy's Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) team and established that company’s usability program and usability lab. While at Trilogy, he led efforts to improve usability of Nissan and Ford websites, which Forrester Research rated as the two best consumer sites in the industry. He also has worked as a usability engineer for Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems (with Dr. Jakob Nielsen) and as a journalist for Wired and Research & Development magazines. John is a published researcher and a frequent speaker at International user experience conferences.
